Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit software engineers for our development team.

Job Purpose

Work as part of the software development team working on a variety of projects spanning product development, R&D, client customisations, systems integration and support.

Required Competencies

• A minimum of 2 years experience of commercial programming in PHP/MySQL.
• Good experience of working in a Linux environment.
• Experience of using CSS, XML, HTML and JavaScript would be an advantage.
• An understanding and experience of open source eLearning technology e.g. Moodle, would be an advantage.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland / France
• Fluent English language skills.
• Good French an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

These are full-time roles with remuneration commensurate to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidates. They will be based in either our Head Office in Dublin or in offices in Bordeaux, France.

We are now hiring for the position of Moodle eLearning Consultant to work from our head office in central Dublin.

Job Purpose

This is a customer facing role which involves aspects of business development and sales, account management and domain expertise.

Principal Responsibilities

• • • Business development of our eLearning business, including input into eLearning strategy and marketing activity
    • Proactively help to promote and develop our eLearning business, including
      • Follow up leads generated through marketing and other activities
      • Liaise with current and prospective clients about the company’s services, including making presentations, attending at conferences and seminars  and running webinars and other promotional activities
      • Develop good business relationships with current and future clients
      • Prepare and assist with sales proposals, costings and projections as required
      • Keep up to date with technology trends within the education sector and provide input into Enovation’s education strategy
      • Work independently, and with the business development team, in developing the sales database as a dynamic source of client contact and market information
      • Continually review business and market trends and, in consultation with Enovation Management, adapt sales strategy and approach accordingly
    • Provide training on elearning platforms to existing and future clients
    • Use social media and other tools (eg blogs) to enhance our thought leadership.
    • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers based on expertise and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Speak and exhibit at conferences.

Required Competencies

• • • A recognised relevant third level qualification
    • At least 3 years prior experience of working in a customer facing sales and account management role
    • Excellent eLearning experience and knowledge
    • Specific experience of working with Moodle / Totara
    • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
    • Strong general IT literacy – office productivity tools
    • An understanding of open source technology
    • Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland

Description de l’emploi

Travailler en tant que membre de notre équipe de développement sur de nombreux projets varies couvrant : développement des logiciels d’Enovation, R&D, customisations spécifiques pour un client, intégration entre systèmes et maintenance applicative.

Compétences requises

• Un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience de programmation dans un environnement commercial sur PHP/MySQL
• Une connaissance solide de Linux
• Une connaissance de CSS, XML, HTML et Javascript sera un avantage
• Une familiarité avec les technologies open Source et elearning (par exemple Moodle) sera un avantage
• Une maîtrise suffisante de l’anglais pour échanger avec certains membres de notre équipe
• Être capable de communiquer à un niveau professionnel avec collègues et clients. Cet emploi est à plein temps et la rémunération reflètera les qualifications et expérience du candidat.

Localisation

• Bordeaux avec déplacements à Dublin.
