2020 is a year that we will never forget. We have adapted to new ways of working and together we have come through this challenging time by working together. Although it has been a difficult year for us all, we don’t want to dwell too much on the hardships so here are some of our highlights from 2020- we couldn’t have done it without you all!
The Launch of EASL Campus:
Enovation successfully launched a Moodle LMS for EASL to provide innovative learning to its members in pursuing excellence in liver research, clinical practice of liver disorders and in providing education to those interested in hepatology. While Moodle provided a flexible environment for EASL’S members to access their courses whenever and wherever it also presented a challenge. After an in-depth discussion and collaboration between Enovation and EASL, the concept of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) was carefully crafted to provide a one-stop-shop for its members that housed all their learning resources in one central location. This required integrations with additional learning systems to truly benefit its members and bring all the learning resources and programs they were using into one location.

Our Partnership with Microsoft:
Our team of experts here at Enovation partnered with Microsoft to further develop the Office 365 suite of plugins with the integration of Moodle with Microsoft Teams.
The Office 365 suite of Moodle plugins provides integration with a wide variety of Office 365 services for Moodle. By integrating the two platforms, Microsoft aims to increase the productivity of teachers and students by synchronising login credentials, improving calendar management, course content creation and more.

Enovation Achieved Certified Premium Moodle Partner Status:
This was a real boost for our team during 2020. We are now one of the very few partners that can offer Moodle Workplace in addition to all other Moodle products, services and certifications such as the Moodle Educator Certification (MEC) Program. This reflects on their impressive portfolio of corporate clients including UDG Healthcare, Aer Lingus, AP-HP, AFPA, Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson among many others.

Supporting the Irish Health Sector during COVID-19 €1M Value Unlocked by Online Remote Work Qualification. When the Irish health sector was suddenly required to work-from-home due to government policy, Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) and e-Learning solutions company Enovation knew they had to work fast to offer an innovative solution to assist staff in the sector adjust to this new way of working. In a few weeks, they rapidly devised and delivered an e-Learning package worth €1m for health sector staff on remote working. This was a proud moment for each of our team members who have worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition to working remotely.
